Bert & Nancy practice Integrated Massage. They use treatments that address each clients specific needs whether it is for stress and relaxation or pain management and improved mobility. They have experience and training in Swedish, Deep Tissue & Myofascial Release, Structural Integration, Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology, Shiatsu, MET Stretching (various forms), and other modalities of Massage. Geriatrics training from the Day-Break Geriatrics institute and experience working with Elder Clients. They also have training with energy modalities.
